Welcome! Thank you for your interest in crewing for a hot air balloon event. Balloons can't fly without a dedicated crew to help them get in the air and safely land. Many of our pilots are from out of town and rely on local crew to help them out. We can't thank you enough for volunteering your time.

This crew questionnaire & waiver can be used for all events managed by the American Ballooning Community. For the 2026 season, those events include:

Tigard Festival of Balloons (June 26th - 28th)
Albany Art & Air Festival (August 28th - 30th)

*All crew must be at least 15 years of age. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
