The Willamette Aerostat Society changed its name to American Ballooning Community effective January 1st!

Welcome to the American Ballooning Community Balloon Club! (Formerly the Willamette Aerostat Society) We have members from across the country. We publish a newsletter each month that covers a variety of topics, including upcoming ballooning events, reports on recent events and other topics of interest to the ballooning community.

New? Lost? Confused? Don’t worry – we’ve all been there. One way to get in contact with a bunch of balloonatics in the area is by joining the West Coast Hot Air Balloon Enthusiasts Facebook group.

We also have a hot air balloon that club members can rent. Modeled after many airplane flying clubs, members in good standing are able to rent the balloon system on a daily basis. The rental rate is $150 per day. Become a member today and fill out a renter application to get started!
